I came back from a visit to Tennessee with a recipe for cornbread focaccia and a sore throat.

My advanced poetry class begins on Thursday. We'll be reading Harryette Mullen's Recyclopedia, Morgan Lucas Schuldt's Verge, Christine Hume's Musca Domestica, Sawako Nakayasu's Nothing fictional but the accuracy or arrangement (she, G.E. Patterson's To and From, and Eric Baus's Tuned Droves, plus many many poems outside of books.
